Returns & Replacements
All of us at the Bottom Line Store are committed to providing our customers with the very best customer service and support. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Included in every product shipment will be a packing slip for the product(s) in the package you receive. Should you have any concerns regarding your package, kindly contact Customer Service using the link on the website or follow in the instructions on the packing slip.
Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are processed and shipped within (72) hours depending on time of day you place your order. We cannot ship orders to PO Boxes. Bottom Line Books are sent via FedEx SmartPost. Please allow 7-10 business days for your books to arrive.
With Bottom Line's AutoShip service, you lock in today's low price and receive free shipping on all future AutoShip orders. When you choose the AutoShip option while placing an order for an eligible product, you are automatically enrolled in the program for 12 months for that particular product. You are authorizing your credit card to be charged the price listed each time your order ships. You may cancel or modify your AutoShip order at any time by using the My Account link on the website.
To order product, add them to your cart and then press Checkout and follow the prompts. While you are able to checkout as a guest, we urge you to establish an account so that you can return to the site to check on the status of your order.
We currently accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as "Bottom Line Store". If you feel like a charge has been made in error, please contact us by emailing CustomerService@BottomLineStore.com.
In addition to the confirmation email that is delivered with each email, registered users can login to their account using the My Account link on the website and enter their email address and password. In the My Account section of the site will be a link to Orders placed by this user. Each order can be viewed along with the status at that time. You can also "reorder" should you desire to place an identical order to any of your previous orders.
Updating Account Information
Registered users can login to their account using the My Account link on the website and enter their email address and password. In the My Account is all the information that you have provided ot us: Billing Addresses, Shipping Addresses, Preferences, Wish Lists and Downloaded Products. You can edit the information you have provided, including adding new and deleting old information of your choosing. Orders and Order history cannot be altered once you have entered them nor, can they be deleted.
